Stunning 360 degree images.

Flash Centre Customer, Peter Payne has made a name for himself over the last few years producing fantastic panoromic images. The first one I saw was across the front page of the Telegraph of the massive queue of people wishing to see the Queen Mother's coffin.

Here's some of his latest work, now on the web of Ascot Ladies Day. Click here.

Macro day

Just a reminder to all that our Macro Day at TFC Birmingham is fast approaching and we still have one or two places left.

If like me, you are petrified of Spiders you can photograph some flowers safely on the other side of the room, or, if you are of the 8 legged persuasion then we will have a Scorpion and a Red Knee Tarantula to shoot as well. o_O (runs - hides)

As always generous support by Canon so all the macro lenses in their range will be available to play with on the day, with tips and tactics from course leader Mark Sisson.

Call Brum on 0121 327 9220 for details or see here . Lunch is included.

Coming Soon - BongoTies!!

Just ordered a quantity of BongoTies from the US which should be here within the week, assuming USPS is speedy!

We were looking for interesting Strobist type products and found these neat little wood and rubber ties that are just fabulous for anything from keeping cables neat and tidy to strapping small flash units to scaffolding!

Conceived by top US photographer Tim Petros, who had a need for simple reusable ties and had seen gaffers and grips on Hollywood film sets using girls pony-tail ties!

Keep an eye out at TFC stores and on the web shop for BongoTies.
